The book focuses solely on Buffetts style of managing both capital and people on a cognitive level. It portrays Buffetts cognitive abilities as his biggest reason for success. This book will not teach you how to calculate ROE, profit margins etc. It will however broaden your understanding of how Warren Buffett`s mind works when it comes to leadership and capital management.
